The full title actually has "Gameplay" in it, but there are character limits so I couldn't type that in.While it's true that Trauma Team hasn't even been released yet and so I really have no right to post this comic about it, I just couldn't resist exaggerating the mechanics.
Normally I would tell you guys about the joke, but I don't want to. All I am willing to say is that the person in endoscopy fell flat on his face from overbalancing and forensics reminds me of Detective Conan....kinda.

Well, personally, so far I haven't had any much problems dealing with First Response... maybe at that last one. The reaction of that bruise is really too slow.
My friend, on another hand, was swearing too many times that his mother had to whack his head due to language.
Surgery, understandable for first-timer. My friend was raging for a while when he first played TC on Wii. Not to mention, he went into panic when the needle fell off during the fourth chapter.
Orthopedics? Well, only the saw and the mallet drives to the end of my wits.
My friend? Well, that is the only operation he is very good at. He has better control than I.
Endoscopy... ah... let just say, my friend is very eager to push any chapter regarding that onto me. Yeah, the only person in the group who got all streak of S without falling is me... The only part that is hard is the Rosalia tumors clustered together. Giving the require amount of dosage to each colony so that they can all be remove safely, is something that I wish that it will be the last time I had to deal with.
Diagnosis, I know it is painful to see some small little details especially the Doctor Medals part. My friend's elder sister who wasn't bother to play that game always pointed them out, which made him angry all the time.
Forsenics... ah... good advice, try not to let the smaller children see. These will give nightmares for sure.
For my opinion, I love it. I already used to seeing dark truth, since I played Sherlock Holmes and CSI games. I am a fan of Sherlock after all.

But seriously?! Surgery makes you frustrated? I'd understand that with the other games, like New Blood, but this game had fairly easy surgery episodes!

I played the game, and I'd have to agree with some of these.
All of them were fun, but at the end of Endoscopy my right arm always started to hurt from pushing the wiimote forwards. I had to take a break in between each of the operations.

Looks like a you don't like Endoscopy. I watched a Let's Play on YouTube of Endoscopy.... that looks REALLY REALLY hard, like on huge maze inside a person's body, lookin' for infections and viruses. That seems to be REALLY frustrating. I wouldn't like it either. SO, I'm with you on the Endoscopy. But. to me, Forensics looks easy.

Endoscopy can get annoying with the mazes and the first-person view and the awkward Wiimote-pushing.
Forensics...it isn't too bad (and really fun!), but it's surprisingly easy to get stuck and resort to fusing random cards together.
