Whew! This guy was a challenge! Winnnnggggssss, why must I always tack on wiinnnggggss???!!??But anyways, after much research on moths, wings, skulls and stuff, I have completed Overmoth!! Or whatever other ( Better ) name we come up with.
I feel like I'm not 100% happy with him, but I could sit at nitpick at this for weeks and not feel finished, so I'm calling it here for now.

This is pretty neat. Glad to hear you're doing your research; even fantasy is far more convincing when based on reality.
And I feel the same way about never being satisfied. There's always work to be done, but sometimes you just have to 'submit art' and forget about it.

Absolutely, this guy just would never be 100% done to me, I would spend forever picking away at the wings and stuff.
Research helps me to do these so much!! I could have never done the jaw portion of the skull, or (attemped) to show the air billowing out the wings without some good references ^^ Theres so, SO much to learn in everything!
