LOOK, NEW ARTWORK! IT'S GONNA FUCKING SNOW!!This is one part of a collage in tribute to Kentaro Miura's "Berserk" series. I am taking some of favorite images from the manga series and trying my hand at them, complete with bootleg tones.The dialog is from the Dark Horse Manga translation of the story, not the bad ones floating around on Bit torrents.
The title is a song from Shinedown's new album, "The Sound of Madness." I had this album on repeat while working on this.I wanted to give it an original title, but the song stuck with me, and I just decided to go with it.Whatever. Assloads of new artwork from me soon.

I dig this manga too, tragic but has ass kick actions blood, gore and all. I've been reading this in mangafox.com for a while now then it was suddenly removed, too bad. Oh well maybe I'll get to continue read it sometime again. This will do for now, you have remade his grin perfectly, perfectly for me to remember every thing I liked about the story.

oh yea, there were many times in the manga that made me go...."oh hell no." not the disgust kind,but the disbelief kind.Except the last few arches of the manga have been sub par, which is a damn shame.There has been rumors flying aroudn that they will do more animated adaptations of the Black Swordsman sections of the manga.Which would be so badass, since when the anime came out in the mid-90's, they had to tone it down big time.Now ,the censors are more relaxed and people can get away with more, the animators can really cut loose with the content.
Hell, maybe even another video game. Millennium Falcon was pretty badass,and just imagine what they could accomplish with the technology today;hundreds of enemies getting slaughtered in a ballet of bloody rage.Fun stuff.

I had a glimpse of the anime in youtube lately and yes its oldschool not that I didnt like it, its great really. I'm just thinking about the rumors you said, if they hold true, wow the actions, the slashings and the gore that we will see then will definitely blew us away. Cant wait for that.

It feels good to actually be making something, instead of all the training i have been doing.It's also good to know that I am feeling a fire inside that I haven't felt for a long time now,although it is just a flicker, it still gives me hope.

I'm starting to read Berserk. It's a crazy manga. And it's expensive, much more than the ones I usually get. Like right now I'm reading Trinity blood, which is a little dramatic, but it has such great art.
Right now I'm on volume three of Berserk. It makes me really think.

the manga starts out kind of campy with it's art and storytelling, but it does a valiant effort to get the momentum built to get the series rolling.I love it, Guts is such a bad son of a bitch.and it gets better, the dark humor, the violence the twists (and the orgies, lol)
It's a great story, saying how we,as humanity, are just playthings for beings much better than us.Using his inner malice, Guts is the only one that rise up and knock them all on thier ass!
I love the art, once my training is complete, I plan on doing an amv based on the manga.It would be all of the most shocking images the series has to offer set to Manson's Anti-Christ Superstar. I am pretty excited about that project.
