Oh yea, I draw it with a tablet freehanded~~ ^ 7 ^
I guess the best tip is to rotate and flip the canvas when you need to, so you can make lines in one fluid motion. :3 <3

it should! at least, the layers will do the same trick! :3
you'll have to play around with the brushes though~
For the lineart, in SAI I would use the "brush" brush (lol) (that's why my lineart is kinda darker when it overlaps XD)
And for colouring I use the "watercolour" brush~
but it's all up to you! Cx <33
