Oh, this is a difficult question. Derpy's life actually is made by fans. And I like all this fanon - postmare, Dinky's mother, odd, but kind person, ingenuous genius
But the reaction of fandom, that crazy burst of delight - it was cool to see how many people love her

I thought it was cool they gave her a voice, and her genuine desire to help was sweet; but they really only put her there for laughs.

I know fully that this has nothing to do with cupcakes, its just that the scarf, which is an article of clothing, has cutie marks on it, which reminds me of pinkie's cutiemark dress
