Well then this started out as a sketch and I thought that I was going to take a different approach with this piece which was to lay down the colors then line the art out... That decision took me to a position where I was creating a digitally painted piece instead of a line piece... For my second attempt at digitally painting I think I did pretty well, but I think I could do better with the 'shading' part of it. I'm still not really sure how to go about that... but anyways at least I managed to actually learn an easier way to digitally paint! I think I'll stick to just lining it first next time I'm doing a lined piece though... Oh I just realized that this is gonna by first post of 2018! Well that's fun Jan 1 and I already posted something...
