This is the Final Piece out of 6 pieces that I'm doing with my Fursona, and OCs... Overall I'm how I managed to do a complete redesign another character (Replacing Ollie)... but I'm gonna need to make a better version of Ryker sooo yeah...Sooo I don't know how to explain this piece but I'll try...
Sooo the 'power' that Ryker has is the ability to manipulate water in any way that he wants. He is able to change water into any state gas, liquid or solid. The drawback is that there needs to be water in the environment or else Ryker is unable to draw on any for his power.
