In the distance they saw a light. The last of the three had come alive.--
I really felt like redrawing this old piece of mine:
Because I still very much like the story and the setting behind it. It just needed a much more impactful presentation. Plus hey, I've missed drawing my ittri.

Only in my head at this moment I'm afraid. I've been humoring myself with the idea of writing it or making a little comic out of it some day but that remains to be seen.
I have this comic called Step Aside, which is partly related to this work and if I told the story of this work now it would spoil aspects of that comic which have not been revealed yet. So yeah x'D

Ahh, this piece always was drawin my eye in and the redraw made it even more intriguing. I love the change in composition, the original was beautiful and interesting and this one feels like it tells a story. The subtle changes in designs of characters are also great. Especially love those markings on the darker one's skin. So beautiful T-T

Ah I'm surprised someone even remembers that old piece! I had some real struggles getting a nice perspective and composition going on (literally, I don't remember the last time I agonized over a work for like a week) so I'm really happy to hear it payed off and that the work indeed does look like it has a story. Because it does ;u;
I would love to share more about it but sadly it would spoil some parts of the comic... xD
