Description Our heads, stuck in the snow
from two months ago
as winter begins to thaw
with the shadows still frozen
the morning sunshine grows.
mend to your gardens mother earth
the tiny leaves are waving to you
as the rays melt away the frost on their greens
all of your baby sprouts want to come out
and grow
soon enough
the boys and girls
will fall into a false love
and get their freedom back
of
staying up early
and waking up late
we will tan until our skins wrinkle
and
play in the rivers until our fingers and toes shrivle
I can almost feel summer.

Wow. You really captured the change of the seasons AND the frivolous nature of youth. Astounding, darling.
