From the start it was a battle, being born to a sick mother and dead father the chances of survival for the kit were slim. Bumbletail and raggedfur, you could call the two a match of the opposites. Bumbletail was soft spoken and incredibly kind, while Raggedfur was headstrong and aggressive These to were the mother and father of little turtlekit.

Everyone thought the skinny bundle of fur would die, how could the measly little thing survive? her mother ought to pass on to starclan at any moment, and her father? a patrol that went wrong ended his short life. Even though all odds were against the survival of this malnutritioned kit, she pulled through. With the warmth and love from her grandmothers, turtlekit grew up happy and healthy. Her social life was one of a normal kit, filled with mischief and games followed by the scowls of the cranky elders. Her grandmothers treated her with the upmost love, you could even say she was spoiled from it.
