I recently watched Operation: S.A.F.E.T.Y and totally loved it!
I love Wally and Joey xD It was hilarious to see how Wally would first be mad at his little brother and then completely freak out if something had happened to him. I always like it when Wally shows his softer side, hence the picture!
Never mind the background, it's kind of...cruddy xD I tried to recall the episode's background, but it didn't turn out that well. But then again, I didn't want to be the background all plain. Hm, decesions, decesions...

Anyhoo x3 Yes, Op. SAFETY is one of my favourite episodes too =] I really love how Wally interacts with his little brother and how he is so worried about him. It seriously makes it impossible to not love Wally XD Could he possibly be any more adorable?
I can also imagine Joey thinks of his brother as his hero x3 That'd be so cute! And them playing dodgeball together when they're older and stuff 
Don't touch the things Wally loves! Or you'll be in for it for sure!
