People asked me to do some New Dinosaurs redesigns for #Spectember Β so I googled the name of the book, picked a weird looking thing from the results and discovered it was something I wanted to do this week anyhow: a herbivorous flightless island pterosaur. So this is my take on Dixon's Kloon (I renamed it because it's so far from the original concept that it's not the same thing anymore.)In September 2020 I decided to start a new monthly drawing challenge and launchedΒ #Spectember, a free-for-all month of speculative evolution creations. This is one of the many works that resulted.
