Tomorrow there's going to be an Annular Eclipse-- If any of you live near a spot that it's passing over (China, Japan, Western US) it's should be worth checking out... Annular Solar Eclipses and Partial Solar Eclipses are not nearly as spectacular as a Total Solar Eclipse, but it's still a pretty cool astronomical event to check out.

I'm not going to be up in the path of greatest coverage, but I am close-- we're going to be getting 92% coverage (of a maximum 94% coverage) of the sun tomorrow evening, so I'm actually going to be out on one of my parks with some pin-hole projectors that I've made so that I can tell people what's going on! (Yay, I get to play interpretive Ranger tomorrow!!)

Anyway, I thought that I'd do a quick and dirty sketch of Luna jumping out in front of Celestia to celebrate her little coup... because I'm silly like that.
