Birthday gift for the wonderful

I really wanted to make an animation for your birthday! At first my mind went to Chay but I did already draw her for an art trade so I looked for other equine OCs and then stumbled onto Tiger What a cool looking character with an evil glare to boot ;D
I hope he's not too inactive! You haven't drawin him in a while but I hope you'll still like seeing him
Tiger was a bit of a challenge with all his stripes to animate but I think it turned out okay I love glowy eyes a lot so this was a lot of fun
