I recently started doing a bit of CSS myself and I meant to ask (I'm sorry if you answered to this before), what is the :root parameter that I saw there and what is "i.gr"?

/* real comments */ are something I was scared to make in the original parser because I thought it would lead to hackability and I had bet `dionyziz that this system would be totally unhackable from day one or he was allowed to punch me in the head. 
It occurred to me last night that as long as you don't use punctuation you can just type sentences in css.
