Uh, yeah. This is what I've been doing so far in my summer vacation. Just writing more manga. Except today I became a little mischievous and started to fool around a bit.
But it's fun, I should do this more often; it brings more fun into inking (My least favorite thing about writing manga). Ergh, inking's kinda boring but I'll put up with it. I'll just draw more mustaches! 
Just for your info, this is Sinner Saga's page 49 panal 5 in chapter 2! I'm getting there... hopefully I'll finish volume 1 by the end of summer...

My guess is you have to sorta put it so it's hugging the skin/being held together like a clamp infront of the eye. Or you could just hold it up with your hand
