Description
This has been sitting in my HDD for so long, so while I had no interwebs I finished it :IThis is a character I got quite a while ago from *Thalassa-Star .

I really REALLY wanted to keep him as cartoony as possible. It fits him too much. <3
I need to make Dexo's ref in the future. :I I foresee 2013 to be reference and background practice year XD;;;
