It's Sailor Moon. I was inspired to draw her because at school, someone thought I didn't know who Sailor Moon was, so here I am to prove her wrong. I wouldn't be a true anime fan if I didn't know who Sailor Moon was!!I love Sailor Moon, it was my first anime! :3
