Mmm...I've been wanting to draw Leiaka (Akilexa's Original Self) for awhile now, and I wanted to show exactly how different yet alike the two looked.

Not personality wise since that's a complete 180, but appearance wise.

Leiaka = Full on Disney-styled Atlantean
Akilexa = Slightly paler skin, darker toned tattoos, gray-hair.

....and other things.

Meanwhile, you get the whole misty affect~

I got the idea from this picture [link] , at least in how to make the two seem connected or something. |D

If Aki didn't cut her hair, she'd actually have the same hairlength as Leiaka, but...ah well, she'll grow it out. XD

Tid-bit time:~
Leiaka = *
Akilexa = ~

*Notice how one of the tattoos circles around Leiaka's neck? It means she's very loud and doesn't hesitate to let others know what's on her mind.

~The same tattoo that you see on Leiaka's neck is now on Akilexa's arm, but it's more modified. This means she's more of a doer than a talker. (Most of the time.)

*Leiaka's stomach tattoos mean....something. I forget. XD; But the sharp claw/talon looking ones mean that she's FIERCE. (Same goes for the pointed ones on Aki's cheek and leg tattoos)

~Akilexa's cheek tattoo symbolizes peace within; notice how it looks like a moon. Can't get anymore calmer than the moon. XD It also signifies that she lost her heart at night, but that's not a nice thing to mention. |D

*Leiaka doesn't have many tattoos on her arms and legs save for that long one on her left leg and right ankle. Most of the tattoos are on her torso, which is a reference how she still has her heart. Not to mention, this also means she's a bit more immature and would rather keep things close and like how they are. Basically, she's slow to "branch out" to others. ;D

~Akilexa's are more spread out through her body, meaning she's more open to new things and figuring them out.
