It's very sweet--and very considerate.
You might, however, consider mentioning your love and the love of others.
In troubled times, it's always helped to hear there are those who care,--but moreover, it really does the heart and soul good to hear that someone loves you.

It's human nature. I don't really understand it (I do to an extent, but it's more of a life mystery, really), but it's such a strong word. It could really make quite the difference.
