Dex Entry Spoopins can be linked to people and if you stick a pin in the Spoopin it doesn't get hurt but the person does. Spoopins usually have one pin in their foreheads to begin with...
Spoopin evolves into Puppetrick starting at level 25.
Puppetrick evolves into Voodoctor when traded.
