ok another help thing... Xlmy new OC Tsuki, she needs fixing... preferably a video or something along those lines...
her skirt spazzes her shirt is... meh... and her bangs don't follow the rest of her head Xl
i'd like to do this by myself so i'm not going to be giving her out to anyone...

*MMDFakewings18 's swan hair isn't attatched to the head bone so you'll have to re-rig it to the head bone

the hair stays in the middle because its not attached to the bone that moves the head.
