thanks, i'm glad i did it regardless of the few good images i got.
i was stuck with the same usual technique, moving, double exposure, etc.. then i remembered the blue bed head waiting to be thrown away. it was heavy but it was worth the effort i mean it made me do new things. the back pain was optional, but i got it anyway.
