Little bit of help for you, if you want to make a good meme, don't put so much text.
It's a meme, not a story. They should be short, to the point and more importantly funny which sorry to say, you have failed at all three. Instead of Liberal Democrat, simply put 'lefty' and as for the rest...it's pure jargon to 99% of people and the punch line is dry with a boring picture.
Use a picture from something more commonalty known like a TV show or movie. Using a niche YouTuber is going to go over many peoples heads and will fall flat on its face.

When you have to push a narrative that has been debunked more times than the number of people who starved in the Soviet Union, you tend to lose any and all creativity while pushing the message, making it come off as made by an amateur (which is the case in this instance).
