Question: Do you start in PS with a Paint Daubs filter or something like that?

yeah there is the paint daubs, cutout and accented edges.. multiple layers and passes.. i atenuate then those effects or exagerate them in certain areas, and i go with graphic palette on the top of that

One other question, when you say graphic palette on top of your attenuated pixel manipulations are you talking about general whole image hue shifting via curves or something like that?
