Pastell-colored? Isn't that the same expression in English?
In Germany it's kind of a soft palette of colors (I don't know how to describe it properly).

Yes, in Dutch as well, Pastel-coloured. I do think it's pastels in english? Like soft-green, light-pink, light-blue, soft-yellows. Soft and warm colours.
