I just love how your work evokes this feeling of... nostalgia? It's so full of love and all the things that matter, that I can't help feeling a little over-scattered - as if the only sensible goal in life was to accumulate all this, and any time spent on something else was wasted. I wonder if it is indeed the case. And if it is, I should start moving.

I feel like that
before I had a family( not just kids, but even before I was married).. my only goal in life was to have a successful career, now that I have kids, that goal seems like such a futile pursuit. I find myself playing hookey to get home to play with the kids so often, I sometimes wonder if I still work.
I still need to pay the bills, and I LOVE what I do for a living, but it is such a distant second to "living"..
It's amazing how that change happened!
I totally believe that is one of the greatest goals in life.. raising a family, experiencing life with them

I love this! The subtle hints of yellow convey a tangible sense of warmth and light, and all the minute little details on the surroundings are perfect. I know I said this image: [link] reminded me of Darren Criss and Chuck Criss' version of "New Morning" but I changed my mind. I think this image reminds me more of the song. I'm so indecisive, haha.

such a tender moment, I watched Forest Gump today
so I'm completely reminded of the scene in which forest and his son are fishing together
So lovely! And I've just noticed the birds swooping down and eating the chips, haha!

Brings back good memories. Bamboo polls and bobbers are where my fishing adventures began.
