Description
3D Structure Synth object.I've made more tree-like models with cubes; more than this one, but thought "what the hell, I'll upload it anyway" ...
I really want Structure Synth to be context-sensitive
More to come soon!

really like it a lot, could you give some tips about structure synth, for example in which program do you render and does it take long to render those scenes? and how do you manipulate your objcets in structure s.? just by entering the commands or texts on the left side window? sorry i am very new to this program and i am not really sure what to do. regards markus

Structure synth is much like context-free... but I guess if you don't have experience using context-free then that's not really helpful.
Yes, you manipulate and create everything in structure synth using the code on the left. The best way to get a hang of it is reading the documentation ([link] - the learn page) so you know the commands and then, looking at a lot of examples, tweaking little things to see what they do. There are a lot of images with code in the flickr account of structure synth:

I just read that Mikael is implementing a raytracer WITHIN SS so maybe all our problems will be solved in short time!

yeah, thanks. donΒ΄t have experience here. could you let me know where those codes are on this flickr side? iΒ΄ve browsed a bit through the gallery but did found any codes in the posted comments.
i rendered a test image in sunflow, saved it as jpeg, but could not open it in Photoshop because of a jpg file format error. the same problem goes with bmp files. do you know this problem or in which format do you save ?

that's weird I've never had that problem with sunflow ...
I think the code is in the comment section of the images, but you have to browse way back because people stopped sharing their code for some reason.
