Description
A4, pencil on paper ~ duh!A pencil drawing of the horse from George Stubb's painting, Horse Attacked by a Lion.
I love snakes. Lovely animals. Horses...now thats a different kettle of fish altogether! I'm kinda hippophobic, in that I'm afraid of slender horses, especially arabs. Ponies, donkeys, asses, 'proper' horses (percherons are my fave!) I am indifferent to or even like, but skinny legged racers scare me. They just look twisted. And nothing is freakier than a horse flashing the whites of its eyes and bearing its teeth...

Racers are just werid-looking, walking around on toothpicks. I love the big, thick-legged horses. Any draft, but Gypsy Vanners and Shires especially, for me. Very detailed, picture, as well!

I only drew that much of the picture because I was doing a study into horses. My exam title was 'event' so I chose 'the apocalypse' and was doing work for the horses.
I ended up with 4 A2 sized prep sheets, and a final A2 sized gouache painting of a fiery, winged horsie of doom galloping through a setting lava flow, breaking the surface and kicking up molten rock as it goes

Afraid of arabs? That's odd- we have a farm here, and we specialize in arabs (or arab crossbreeds).
Talk about kooky.
Anyway, I still love this sketch! Absolutely wonderful- I love the detail, especially in the legs and neck.

Your afraid of fishes!? Thats so unusual! They don't even have legs, the majority dont even have proper teeth! Admittedly they are slimy and their jointed mouths are kinda freaky...but cute ickle fishys?

XD I know, maybe it's becousew an experience I had on an aquarium when I was young ^^U I was watching the little rainbow colored fishes and sticking my face on the tank's walls, but when I saw another tank (with my face sticked to a wall of iit) I saw an enormous fish that could swallow me easilly , the biggest fish of th world!!!! (not a whale shark but I tougth it was really big XD later I found out it was a tarpan) and it was looking at me with those deep eyes and ... *gets the chills* ...now I'm afraid of them XD
