Huang Xiao Long/Koryu Uzumaki : Blond spiky hair with purple eyes
Nian Xiao Long/Nen Uzumaki : Red wavy hair with blue eyes

I kind of thought of Kouryu's hairstyle being similar to Gintoki Sakata's and his eyes being a lighter shade of purple or darker shade of blue.
For Nian's hair color, I can maybe see some red highlights, but I don't expect it to go fully red given how dominant genes work.
