I can do either; it depends on what you want, really!
If you're feeling inspired or have a general idea of what you want, I will gladly follow directions and that's usually how it goes. The person who ordered nĀ°4 gave me photographs to use as inspiration, the person who ordered nĀ°3 explicitly asked for a gasmask!
But I don't mind making something from scratch either if you'd like a surprise better ((:
