Once again, May the 4th be with us as we tackle another Star Wars prompt for MerMay. Going by this and my previous years, for some reason I always seem to use this day to mermaidize either vehicles, or droids... weird.
Either way, today's far far away bot butt to be fished this time, the Droidekas, is kind of in a middle ground between the reasonability of Grievous and the batshit ridiculousness of AT-AT and Death Star; not exactly the weirdest or stupidest thing in Star Wars to turn into a Mermaid, but certainly an odd choice. But what can I say, the Droidekas are my favorite droids in all of Star Wars, and they seemed like the perfect weird choice for me to turn into merfolk.
