Description
I'm regressing a bit with this to my college days in the late 60's with this slightly psychedelic piece....View at full size to see the Fractal details at their best!

Smile!! It keeps everyone wondering what you've been up to!

I agree with the glass look. Very delicate and complex piece. Well done!

Thanks for the comment....been hangin' in here...keeping busy with my artwork, as you might have noticed in the gallery. Feeling better now that the weather is warmer...winter's finally gone.

It looks like it is made of glass. I love your vibrant colors and your textured background.

Thank you...the gradient was one that came with the original parameter file, only that I increased the saturation and brightness a bit after I started playing with the triangles. Doubling the images increased the color intensity a bit, too. I have to play around with some of my other gradients sometime.

Ah! Well, that was one gorgeous gradient! Did you get the parameter file from someone? You're welcome.

Yup...the gradient came with a shared flame parameter file in the APO lists. It was the Cloisonnet Dragons Egg by Roger....I forget the last name. I tweaked the flame to produce both this flame and the "Sixty's 'Shroom". I can send you the gradient if you'd like...

Ah! If that is the case, I already have the gradient. But I received it. Thank you!

Thank you! I have a few more tweaks of that original paramter file that I'm working on. I've been haveing lots of fun with this flame. A couple of the tweaks have a Celtic look to them, and I'm not sure which of them will look best for the final editing.

ack bah grumble lol. I dont know if its because DA has been laggy and messing up my gallery again today and coming up with errors every time I try to navigate anywhere or what, but I cant get to it from the link. I have over 100 deviations to get through as well, i am sure its in there. Give me time, Pat, Ill get to it I promise, it just may be awhile. My lack of time couppled with DA not working swift or properly is a bad combonation for me to get things done heh.

It seems like it does it every weekend....too many people accessing the site. It really slows down. My pages are a bit mucked up, too. I can't seem to access my User Page settings, and my message, DevWatch defaults have switched on me, too. You're righr, it can be a bit maddening.. I usually have the best access in the morning here. Maybe I'll be able to get a wireless connection one of these days to speed up my links at this end. It would be about 100 times faster than my dialup connection here.

With the background on the image it almost looks like a funky tattoo. Very cool.
