This one is weird, not a photo, but not a manip, as there's s little actual work done to it.My grandad, with about 3 layers of curves. Thats it. Looks kind of animated, in a weird way. Meh
His names not Sam by the way, it just looks like the American Uncle Sam posters. A little. Ok, it doesn't, im not changing the title though!
