Hmm if it's training she got help doing so 
The dungeon or training room itself is nicely made with the chains and the lightning in it , realy makes it that special feeling with it.

Ah, now the positioning makes a lot more sense, I'm going to go with Bison torturing her, possibly choosing this setup for Chun-Li just to be cute.
Anyway, it's always a treat to see a fine picture of Chunners getting it every so often. Even though I prefer her traditional outfit a tad more, it's still nice to see her in her Alpha outfit now and again. Provides some variety and the chance to see those sneaks of hers removed. I'll also say that I think the outfit fits quite well with the way she is restrained and in my mind possibly helps to cement some context to the picture. Speaking of, the chains and the shadows of what I assume are bars is a wonderful touch that enhances the picture. Guess all there is left to comment upon is the swell job you did with regards to Chun's musculature, particularly those legs she is oh so famous for.
