Description Yet Another Mech for 's cool contest [link]

And this one is my final one. I need some sleep now and I am not going to get a chance to do another one.

DSI-DA11 Commander Mech
The commander normaly operates with DSI-DA10 Mech Drons to provid long range fire and uses ECM to remain hidden for its foes. If anyone cloes down the drones the AC 20s can casue large problmes for them.

The Mech has a crew of two. The pilot takes care of moving and all weapons systems. The commander takes care of the ECM, ECCM and auctaly commanding the other units.

With 2 C3 Master Systems this mech can command a lot of mechs or drones. Becasue of the mass of these systems and its E-War equipemnt it is underguned and slight undear armoured for its size so is in need of protection.

Weapons
2 AC20s
4 ER Medium Lasers (2 each Right/Left Arm)

Systems
ECCM
ECM
2x C3 Master
C3 Slave
Foward Command Tactical Systems

I need an artist to illustrate a Mech battlesuit for a pen and paper RolePlaying game supplement I am writing. My email is HEKDW@YAHOO.COM; email me if you are interested. If you are it needs to be quick because the book is almost finished.

A mobile command unit is a great idea!!!! I love it. Are those bods on the back the eccm and ecm units?

Thank you very much and yes they are the ECM/ECCM units. It is always useful to have something like this on the battlefield to coordinate.

I though that ECM was usually used to discoordinate everybody

ECM uses .. patterns in what is sends out. they are very complicated so hard to work out but this mean your allies systems can be set up to work around your ECM. Or somthing like that any way.

There are rules for drone vehicles so just change them a bit to allow mechs? or play heavy gear

I would like to try heavy gear. DreamPod9's mech minis are beautiful.

Its a good game. (Got it )

There is even 2 PC games set in the world (called Heavy Gear and Heavy Gear 2) there fun to.

The people that made it also made Jovian Chronicles which is also cool more like Gundam less like battletech but still very good. Both are RPGs as well as wargames.
