Should I keep working on this? icon:deathlydreams suggested me to draw a Mr. Mime. Took around I hour so far... A little more than that. I feel I over soften stuff.I realized Photoshop cut some stuff off so I had to re-draw some of it.

I was thinking of starting some kind of wierd background, but I went instead with the character doodling. I am still thinking what the background should be.

Eh I don't much like Mr. Mime too much. I think a few pokemon like him and Jynx were the cause of me ignoring psychic types for the most part in early years. I was probably wondering if those two were so wierd what other psychic types would be wierd?
Eh I feel like I over soften things too much. Dunno if I should keep going. XD I'm not much of a speed painter like Purple Kecleon.
