Ingredients (for 4 people)250 gr (1/2 lbs.) of tomato pulp
1/2 onion
500 gr (1 lbs) spaghetti
8-10 leaves of basil
grated parmigiano
salt
pepper
oil
Preparation Method:
Peel and mince the onion, put it in a frying pan and add a little oil. Fry it slightly since it becomes blonde and then add the tomato pulp and let it cook on a high flame until all the water (that the tomato produce) is evaporated.
While the tomato is reducing add salt, pepper and 3-4 leaves of chopped basil.
Just before serving time, cook spaghetti in a large kettle of boiling salted water just 8-10 minutes depending on thickness of pasta (the time is usually written on he pasta's box). Drain well. Ladle sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle cheese on top and put the remaining basil leaves over the cheese as decoration.

Tutti che commentano la pasta...tsk...italiani.
Ma nessuno dice nulla sulla foto ? E' gust..cioè, molto satura di colori e
ben riuscita nel complesso. In digitale ? o no? Sono curioso.
Non ho visto la versione con il formaggio sul tavolo, ma forse ci stava anche
meglio.
Cmq meglio che vada perchè alle 14.00, in ufficio, senza aver ancora
mangiato, credimi, non Γ¨ una bella visione. E' da masochisti continuare a guardare.

SΓ¬. l'ho scattata in digitale con una Powershot G3, i colori li ho livellati un po' in photoshop, ma neanche tanto in realtΓ

se segue l ricetta non dovrebbe fare troppi danni.... vuoi ridere ho ceracto dei siti di ricette per vedere il modod corretto di scrivere alcune cose in inglese.... su quasi tutti i tempi di cottura della pasta venivano dati compresi tra i 10 ed i 18 minuti!!!
Allora ho capito di arrangiarmi e tradurre la ricetta a modo mio
