These are sketches of Atom A.K.A Astro boy from "Pluto" by Urasawa Naoki, one of my fav manga! Unlike "Astro boy", Atom has hair like a human's, and he usually wears a parka. up at the top, it says 'Atom' in Japanese

Urasawa, definitely.
I don't really like Tezuka's style. I thought it was somewhat scary.
