I watched a tutorial that talked about lines of motion- lines that you fluidly draw in the general direction you want your limbs or body to go. I was pleasantly surprised at how much it helped me! It helped make my pose more dynamic and helped as extra guidelines to make my anatomy better and more confident. I highly recommend giving it a try if you don't already do it!
