I sort of envisioned the water molecule costume as a sportsbra/bootyshorts deal, which Lyta would probably wear underwear with. Clarissa's mummy costume was a long bandage that could suddenly come completely unwrapped if the end got detached, which is exactly the sort of thing she would fail to wear underwear under.

Yup, Lyta won the poll that year - we probably hadn't seen her in a while, which I think increases poll contestants' chances (she's actually winning the current poll, although people may not realize what all they're voting for).

Ok I have to ask in order to picture for a water molecule are we talking like a droplet or an actual model of a molecule with balls standing for the atoms and such (Ie the type of costume you will get 500 questions before you get home about it) ...I suppose that does make sense absence makes the clothes fall off or something like that

As to teh poll I see what you mean know each vote does seem to stand in for (not sure who the Strange would have been ...lost of choices there) But I admit I probably would have picked eye patch girl to be more gov conspiracy than Lyta...nit that I can complain aboput more Lyta

I figured it was a sportsbra that's the two Hydrogen atoms, and bootyshorts that are the Oxygen. So it's all blue with letters on it, and yes it's the kind of costume no one would understand without an explanation. But it's perfect for a contrived reason for them both to strip, and I think Lyta knew that all along.

Yeah, the conspiracy is Lyta and an Alien friend. I hadn't decided on who the stranger would be - Miranda or Officer Wu maybe. Essentially the picture is mostly the same regardless, the gothy girls are just more shy and embarrassed being naked in front of someone they don't know (although I did have an idea for Angela taking them for pumpkin spiced lattes instead of somewhere they can get clothes). At any rate, I've generally been feeling lousy all weekend, so I haven't got anything done on it.

I like that idea you should do that for next Halloween ...just so you have to explain it lol

Funny how we talked about this and it has morphed into your idea of getting ice cream about a year later with Lyta and Maria now lol

Sometimes I'll have an idea I really like in principle, but just can't put into execution at the time for whatever reason, but I'll hang onto for later, they usually come back rather different from the original concept though.

I do still want to do a pic of Angela being enthusiastic about seasonally flavored espresso drinks at a completely inappropriate time.
