Description
Cassandra Cain (Batgirl) and Stephanie Brown (Spoiler), Cass's best friend. Since the more recent batgirl comics are very serious and often sad, I figured we needed something a little different than girls wrestling naked in jello (just this once).Ink drawing colored in photoshop, characters property of DC Comics.

Stephanie had never had a sister, or even a friend close enough to be like one. Cassie had not been permitted to form any kind of social bond with a human being ever before. The results were unique, in Batman's estimation. Dick just ragged Tim on about how he had to choose of get them on a time-share plan.

I have to say, I like it.
As for Stephanie coming back, I've heard tell that Blackest Night will at least lampshade that no one stays dead, and may come out and change it ... but I'm glad Stephanie's back, she just seems ... real in a way.

Stephanie's alive now. They're going to explain how she came back (if it really is her) in Robin #174 this summer.

No one stays dead for long in the comics. Except for Bruce Wayne's parents and Spidey's Uncle Ben, but everyone else comes back sooner or later.
Of course she might come back evil or poorly written (or both), but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Yeah I know. Even Jason Todd who people wanted to stay dead but he turned out just fine wouldnt you think? Aside from the whole being evil thing.
I dont think Steph will come back evil I mean she's been tailing Robin for a while now so I dont think she's going to come back a bad guy though. All though I did see artwork of her as the new Red Hood on here. That's not official though just so you know. (haha there really is.)

Very true she seemed like a whipping boy err girl for them. that s why I always belived he rumor that they wanted to kill off Robin but DC was skitish and hence why she so abrubtl became Robin and then pffft.

Yeah but the sad thing is the good writers end up on books that dont sell well and get canceled while the hacks get the cash cows that everyone buys. So sadly a lot of blame has to rest on the readers who still buy this stuff. Its the same is Hollywood. they will continue to make pointless, plotless mega films as long as people see them
