1) The way I see it, Nuka would never have looked very different—I interpret him as being Scar and Zira’s son, and as such he’d always have had a lithe build (and I don’t think any amount of healthiness would stop him bein’ all charmingly awkward lookin’). But his mane is much more full, not termite-ridden, and he’s a bit more filled out

2) I don’t really have a story that would bring this laddie to life. Maybe Scar felt that wedding Sarabi would legitimize his rule more, and she accepted to keep some control over the kingdom. Either way, their kid is still related to Mufasa, and so he looks a decent bit like him—uncomfortable for Scar, but wouldn’t make him disown the boy. That would take Sarabi turning him against his father, or some such dramatics I think his name would be Mjomba, meaning ‘uncle’, specifically to get on Scar’s nerves.

3) Ah, a world where Mufasa didn’t die; maybe he was able to survive the stampede, or maybe it’s a full Good Scar Universe. Either way, I do think he and Sarabi would have had more kids, once Simba was a little older and more independent. This girl would be part of a big litter, surprising Simba but not the parents: Sarabi, in my headcanon, was one of a litter of four As the second born, this girl inherits the role of Lion Guard, and the siblings may be betrothed into other kingdoms or not. I think her name would be Kulinda, meaning ‘to protect.’

4) I can definitely see my Ahadi and Uru having had more children if things had gone differently, especially some later-in-life cubs (they both died pretty young). While she’s meant to look sooomewhat like her brothers, I also wanted this girl to have traits from my Ahadi and Uru that didn’t get passed to Mufasa and Scar, as well as traits from my versions of her grandparents. I think her name would be Furaha, meaning ‘happy’.
