I meant the photo as a whole is a little boring, like not a planned composition, outfit, location etc.

It's a good portrait! The only one negative point is the background.

Well Glad to hear your not all that sad,lol. Years ago I would hook my camera up to a tv so I could see a larger image while I arranged my shots making the focus thing easier. You do make beautiful images the way your doing it....Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing more!!!
