I wanted to draw a detailed version of her in a formal dress, wasn't planning on adding in a background at first but glad I did. I love how her hair turned out as well! In this scene Kali-ra is attending the Imperial ball and actually has a pretty good time (because she spends 90% of it drinking) Kali-ra doesn't drink often but when she does its a lot, ends up getting so wasted she calls Rudy to come pick her up.
