the girls of Class 1-A are excited to see The Iron Hero body building competition and Ochaco was excited but cannot enter and till she is buff enough to win the competition and till she gets a brand new protein drink that has come out and tries it out and begins to do weight lifting and begin to muscle up on the new drink and till on the day of the competition, all the girls of U.A. wanted to join her and till the villains had planned on stealing the new protein drink and peri and the others must stop them before it's too late!.
