Tiberius is a cute little Terror Dog Puppy who was not like the other Terror Dogs of the Nether Regions, but a playful and kind hearted, he was abandoned in the junkyard in Longfoxburg, after he was exiled from hell into the overworld, and till was being chased by peri and the others and till miles sighted to adopt him and named him after the Second Roman Emperor of Rome.
