You chose a gothic knight? its a good choice since if i remember correctly when knights were still in used for warfare and not looking fancy which was during the medieval age specifically the late medival age around the 13 hundreds to whenever germany hit the renaissance.
I find it interesting that the mail is outside the cuirass or as we call it in my channel a chestplate or breastplate, usually a gothic knight would wear mail inside the plate and under the mail should be something light like gamberson, also the arming sword looks like it's from the high medieval ages and its not something a knight in full plate would use, what a knight would use however is a longsword or a greatsword (there's a distinct size difference but the one thing they have in common is that they are used with 2 hands) or even a Zweihander (german for 2 hander) and the only time a knight would use a shortsword is when they are on horseback and the lance has snappped (usually after the initial charge).
Still its cool to see a gothic knight but there's a not as much fluting as there should be since the armor is of german design, have you seen the maximillian armor? Eagles screech the fluting on that, also if you don't know what fluting is well... that bit at the center of the breastplate? thats an an example of fluting.
