Rouge the Bat, one of my fav's.I find this an extremely exaggerated Sonic style, which is kind of interesting and fun to draw. I stretched and played around with the anatomy a bit.

Any who, this is a great piece! I love her expression, and just love Rouge's whole attitude. She has to be one of my favs as well. xD I really like the way you've done her eyes, they look gorgeous. And especially her eye shadow, looks definitely real makeup like. <3 And the glow of the emerald looks great~ Oh and the background looks awesome, like she's floating in the sky. 8D Definitely digging that glow around her.
