While Phantom and Percy aren't linked romantically she certainly enjoys having a devilish rouge like Phantom stop by unexpectedly. Besides the obvious benefits, Phantom does enjoy Percy's wit and the challenge abducting someone of Percy's stature from "secure" locations.
